​ My friend Rosa and I run a monthly meditation group where people can get together at a local village hall.
We are a heart centered group and have discussions that revolve round the power of love, how love can heal and how by opening our heart to love will change our lives.


We are all experiencing the high vibrational light energy that's pouring to earth. This has been happening for some time but is really picking up now.
As we tune into these frequencies our hearts start to open. Things that are holding us back spiritually start coming to the surface. We need to learn to acknowledge any of this rather than turn away because it is uncomfortable. When we send love to anything that feels uncomfortable it will start to heal.
When our hearts start to open we find it easier to experience more joy and to give more joy.
We know this is happening when our feelings start to change, we become less judgmental to ourselves and others.

As our awareness to the "bigger picture " evolves our lives start to change.
We start to notice more synchronicity, things/people just appear when we think about them.
